I admit to being a drinker of Red Bull and other horrible energy drink products. I am not even sure that it does indeed increase my energy or help me stay awake, but in my head it tells me that I have at lease 2 hours of more awake/work time than I normally would. I know that many students are the same and grab a Red Bull when they have extra studying to do or a final assignment to hand in, even though we know it is not good for us. Relating back to Lucy’s blog about feeding your brain… I don’t think Red Bull lands on the list!

So come September when that urge for Red Bull hits, try and look for something else… green tea maybe? There are always alternatives to these chemical based drinks!
I will try to not drink them if you will!
