Oh the places you will go
Thursday, December 16th, 2010Christmas is coming, that’s true.
Exams are almost done, that’s true too.
But… don’t get too comfortable on break! Especially high school students, who will very soon have to begin filling out applications to attend university and who will have to make some decisions about where to go, what to study and so on.
Luckily, more than ever you can find tons of information online about the university you wish to attend. You can find out about the town, the programs, and all of the extras like student opportunities, athletics and more.
Although choosing where to go is never really an easy decision, it is one that can be made easier by touring the institution, talking to students who go there, and by finding a place that you feel comfortable in.
For me, the choice was clear, CBU! To learn more about my story, click here: Incredible Stories.
As for choosing courses and areas of study, read my blog Love what you do to gain insight into how to choose courses you will love.
Nonetheless, if you are on the fence, take your time. Apply to many universities and see where that will take you.
Best of luck!
